Supreme Council for Arab-African Economy Collaborates with Al Naboodah Group to Support Development Projects

In a move to strengthen effective economic partnerships between Arab and African entities, Advisor Yasser El-Bakhashwan, Vice Chairman of the Supreme Council for Arab-African Economy, met with Emirati businessman Sheikh Khaled bin Khalifa Al Naboodah, accompanied by a delegation from the Council.

This meeting aligns with the Council's commitment to fostering cooperation with major corporations to bolster the Arab and African economies by implementing large-scale projects.

The meeting resulted in an agreement for the Council and the major group to collaborate in various fields, leveraging the group’s vast economic entities to support development projects in Africa and enhance economic performance in the Arab region.

Advisor Yasser El-Bakhashwan announced that they are exploring cooperation with Sheikh Khaled bin Khalifa Al Naboodah to support and develop equestrian sports and horse care worldwide. He explained that this collaboration stems from a shared vision to promote the rich Arab and African equestrian heritage and support activities related to breeding and caring for purebred horses.

He noted that this support includes a series of joint initiatives aimed at organizing global sports events and exchanging expertise and knowledge in horse training and veterinary care. Additionally, educational and training programs will be launched for young riders to qualify a new generation capable of competing in international championships. He clarified that this collaboration with Sheikh Khaled Al Naboodah, known for his passion for horses and prominent role in supporting equestrian sports, will be a significant addition to the efforts to establish the region as a global equestrian hub.

He pointed out that this interaction will help create new economic opportunities and attract investments in the horse and related sports sectors. He explained that this collaboration is a vital step towards strengthening partnerships between economic institutions and leading figures in sports, serving mutual interests and contributing to sustainable development in the region.
